My name is Ngwa Priestly, I’m a 20-year-old male Cameroonian born in Bafut a sub division in the North West region of Cameroon. I attended primary and part of secondary school in Bafut village, where I was living with my maternal grand-mum and my younger sister.

I was literally raised by my grand-mum and only visited my mum during summer holidays in Douala the littoral region of Cameroon. My parents have not been together and it has been my mum who have single handedly sponsored me in school. I could not complete my secondary studies because of the anglophone crisis so I had to move to Douala. I studied in Douala while living with my mum and had the General Certificate of Education Board Advance Level in 2019. After my certification, I was discovered by ROYALTY WORLD who is greatly supporting my studies in a professional university; THE HIGHER INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES (HIMS) BUEA in the South West Region of Cameroon, where I study Accountancy.

I am passionate about the things of GOD and desire to serve him through everything I do. I enjoy watching movies because it exposes me to different cultures and opens me to learn more about the world. It makes me to learn about the different accents in the world. I generally enjoy working with computers because it helps me add value to my accounting skills.

I want to become a Chartered Financial Analyst so that I can have money and be able to invest in companies and be able to assist other in the times of need and assist my community financially.

After my primary education I was motivated by my cousins to study accounting. It was because I was always good with mathematics. And also I hold strong values of honesty and I am discipline with money, and will like to help companies with their financial management and to help my community in terms of financial management and how to multiply money. And studying to be a Chartered Financial Analyst because I want to be able to limit the amount of loses companies can enquire through mismanagement of funds, wrongful financial recordings and high taxes they pay by implementing the concept of tax avoidance that is why I chose to study accountancy.

I am currently volunteering at the Royalty world office to do stock take, internal controls of production and other basic accounting roles.
