My name is ANONG JOB I am 20 years old and I am going to be writing an essay talking about how my life have been till now including my family background.
I was in the North West Region of Cameroon in 2001. I started primary school in class one when I was 7 years old. Five years later I had to change my school moving to a Government school because the fee was cheaper. So I continued class five and six in a Government school while living with my parent. So when I completed primary school, my dad’s friend decided to take me and sponsor me in the secondary school. I lived with him in the same town but different neighborhood. I lived with him, his wife and 3 children. I am studying electrical engineering in school. It was actually a technical school and my dream was to become a technician in the field of electricity.
In 2016, I was in form 4 and I had write my first official exam when the crisis broke out. Schools were asked to shut down for some time, so I had to go back to my parents while waiting for school but the situation got worst because my dad’s friend was affected by the crisis. Things became tough for him so during this period that I was not going to school (like about 1 year), I decided to go and learn a trade while waiting for school. So l was learning at an Auto Garage. I worked there for 1 year and stopped. But since schools were still on hold (in 2018), one of my uncles in the South West Region asked me if I could come and stay with him. I accepted and came to live with him and his children. He is a taxi driver and his aim was to put me in a place where I will be working but my heart desire was to continue school here in the South West. Schools were going but it was risky.
So it was here that I met Royalty World and I was given the priviledge to go back to school so I just want to thank God because if I am schooling today it is because of Royalty. They are the ones taking care of all my school needs. My dream is to become an engineer and also to help other people out there and also to lead other young people, help the less privilege because my heart desire is to see everyone around me happy. As for my family, I come from a poor family though I was born poor does not mean I’ll remain poor. So my dad and mum are still alive, we are the 5 of us in our house I am the second child but the first boy child because I have elder sister with two kid sisters and one brother.
So I really want to thank God again for Royalty in my life because I believe with Royalty am going to build a strong foundation for my family and other people out there. I am trusting God for that. Thank you.
