Why do you choose your area of study?
I choose this area of study because it is important in my life. It is an opportunity for me to help people in future.

My name is AJANG BECKY, I am a Cameroonian and I come from Nguti sub division Elumba Mbo Tangang 1 and a resident in mile 16 Bolifamba South West Region. I was born on the 23 of May 2001 at Mbeta. As for my family, we are 8 of us .My parents’ names are Mr. ASUE Simon and Mrs. ASUE Pauline Ebot. My dad died before I was born and my biological father’s name is Mr. APA Linous, he comes from Bayangi. My dad Mr. Linous unfortunately left us when we were still kids and ever since, he had not even come back to see us or to visit. I am a twin and I was just nine-year-old when he left us.

My mom is a single mother and she has been the one taking care of us. I started school at the age of ten, attending class one to form one in my village. From there, a good Samaritan Mr. AJANG Nicola took me to the south west region of Cameroon were I continued schooling in Mile 16 at G.B.H.S Bolifamba. So because of the coronavirus pandemic, I had to stop school at form three and diverted into tailoring. I was sent here by Mr. ELUMPE Mathias when I came you all were praying and I was very happy to meet a family like this who consider GOD before any other thing.

For now, mommy Doris is training me on how to sew reusable pads, menstrual beads for women and face mask. Thank GOD for mom Doris and others for their love and kindness they are showing towards me, and it is a privilege to be in ROYALTY WORLD.

My coming here is very important to me because, what I am learning here will help me and my community, because my intention when I will visit the village is to teach others about menstruation, menstrual pads, and menstrual beads. And that which I have been learning here is more than what I expected because, first you teach me to know who I really am, to be a great woman in future and how to build my relationship with Christ more than ever before and you all are a kind family to me. So as a family member, I can’t explain how great you all are to me.

If I continue my studies, I will love to become a Nurse or a Petroleum engineer. My prayers are that GOD will continue to bless you and grant us all our heart desires according to his will.

Thank you, mommy Doris and aunty Manzo, for all your time, GOD bless you and I love you all so much.
